Refund policy

To ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers, we would like to clarify our exchange policy:

  1. Exchanges are permitted within 15 days of the purchase date, provided the original invoice is presented.
  2. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging.
  3. Opened or used diapers cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  4. In the event of a proven manufacturing defect in the product, it will be replaced with the same type or another type, according to the customer's preference and availability.
  5. Replacements do not include offers and discounts except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  6. If a higher-priced alternative product is chosen, the price difference will be paid. If the alternative is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
  7. If you purchase through delivery apps, you can exchange unopened products by contacting the service provider or the store directly, bringing your receipt. (Once any package has been opened, the product cannot be exchanged.)
  8. Management reserves the right to refuse exchange requests if the above conditions are not met.
